继前两作后，IREM SOFTWARE又以受到地震袭击的人工岛为舞台推出了绝体绝命都市3。本作中即使主角遭遇各种事故身亡，一般也可以在一个较近的位置以体力全满状态重生，故游戏的难度不算太高。而相对的，可以看出游戏中对灾难与人性的体验占了较多的比重，使游戏更加娱乐化。

注意地上的黑点，那个就是火焰即将落下的标志
开始的时候躲着火焰出去向左，有一个商店门，进去之后会发现灭火器，不断的按圆圈撞下来，拿走
然后出去之后向前行，到了一个地方会有火焰堵住你的路，慢慢靠近，发现人物开始咳嗽时，使用灭火器
卡车后面的地方一周目可以先不去，那里只有一个指南针而已，拿了灭火器向左侧走即可
灭了火之后继续过去，不要冲太快，否则会有车落下，然后基本就没啥了
只要注意提前量，别直线冲，否则火会落到你的路线上去
